Windows 11’s redesigned Outlook app is now rolling out to more users



We've heard for a long time that Microsoft is developing an online application that will enhance Outlook. It will provide the Outlook Experience on Windows 11 and Windows 10. Project Monarch is aiming to develop a single Outlook' that is compatible with every desktop platform and can be used for school and work as well as personal accounts.

Beginning today, all users of this Office Insider program can access the brand-new Outlook app. To begin all you have to do is sign up to this Office Insider program by following these steps: Open an Office application >"File > Account" Office Insider > Join Office Insider and choose the channel you want to use.

If you're not sure, simply choose Release Preview and agree to the terms and conditions after which click Ok. After that you'll be able to click"Try the New Outlook" or "Try Outlook" button to download the new version. The new Outlook app

When you launch the Outlook app it will ask you to transfer your settings from the current Outlook application on Windows. This is because the app is scheduled to launch alongside the desktop version, but it's still in development. It is possible to import settings such as the theme and density of the earlier application.

As you can observe in the above image, One Outlook is basically similar to Outlook.com It's just designed as a native application and it has a ribbon at the top that creates the appearance of the full-fledged desktop application. It features "View" along with "Home" buttons, as well as other options like the settings for heme, To Do, etc can be found at the top right of the application.

Microsoft may also be developing Mica and other design enhancements for the Outlook application.
